Group of electric cable 1: single wire, copper conductor, PVC insulated cable including:

Flexible conductor class 5 & 6: a type of small twisted copper strands so it’s soft & flexible. It’s often used in electrical distribution boards, output wires of electric machines, electric wires in cars.

Stranded conductor class 2: a type of stranded copper wire twisted with larger cross-sectional area than single stranded soft strands. The wire can be easily rolled & transported over long distances.

Solid conductor class 1: a single conductor with 1 solid copper conductor, manufactured from 0.5mm2 to 6,0mm2 section. The voltage level of wire is 300V/500V or 450V/750V. Single wire (class 1) is used to connect between 2 devices or between equipment and electric box/board. This electric wire is designed for horizontal or vertical installation so it doesn’t bend during installing.
Group of electric cable 2: group of 2-3-4 core wires, copper conductor, PVC insulation & covered PVC, flat wire or round wire – multi.

Group of Low Voltage Power Cable:
Low voltage power cable has 1-4 cores, compacted copper conductor, XLPE insulation, galvanized steel wire amour, PVC over sheath.
Product code: CU/XLPE/PV (DATA). It is used in industrial power distribution, fixed installation. Applied standard to TCVN 5935 (EC 60502-1), TCVN 6612 (IEC 60228)
Low voltage power cable has 2 types:

Low voltage power cables are manufactured with 99.99% purest copper, the cores are put together (for 2-4 core cables) and insulated with inner PVC layer, metallic tape amour & PVC over sheath. The materials which are made of low voltage power cable, able to fire resistant when a fire.

Compacted conductors have 2 types: compacted copper conductor & compacted aluminum conductor.
Compacted copper conductor:
These conductors are formed by several copper wires, being stranded compacted in concentric layers. All fibers are the same diameter. The number & section of copper strands in compacted cooper conductor determine the ability of transmitting electricity.
With the advantage of being manufactured from pure copper material with 99.99% content, compacted copper conductors are preferred to use and are an integral part when constructing lighting protection. Lighting flows through compacted cable made from copper & transmits to pre-set places, helping to ensure the safety for people as well as the whole construction

Compacted aluminum conductor:
This type is manufactured with suitable properties for installation in coastal and saline areas. Vietnam has long coastal line with more than 3250km so the number of coastal populations is not small. The supply of electricity for these areas always require the cables which is less corroded by wind. That’s the reason why the compacted aluminum conductors are researched & manufactured.
Compacted aluminum conductor is divided into 2 parts with steel core & aluminum wire. The steel core is twisted by 7 hard steel wire, resistant to pulling force of 100kg/m2. Greased steel core to resist the impact of corrosion from the environment and increase the durability in use.
Wrapped outer steel core is a layer of twisted aluminum wire from many small aluminum wires. The aluminum material which Tran Phu uses for its products is 99% pure aluminum, ensures the quality & durability.
In the structure of compacted aluminum cable, aluminum part is conductive and steel core creates mechanical endurance so cable can withstand the tension during construction and hanging in the air.
Twisted copper cables:
Twisted copper cables of Tran Phu are known as a common cable using in contructions & housing projects, with conductors of many soft-twisted concentric copper strands.
Twisted copper cables include duplex (2 cores) for single phase power supply and quadruplex (4 cores) for 3-phase power supply from electrical post to each residence’s house.
